The Ocens company has been providing outstanding customer service and extraordinary software products since 2002. Marine Computer Systems is proud to be able to offer training on Ocens outstanding software to our customers.

Ocens WeatherNet:

This software package can be run on a laptop or a computer and allows you to download weather products. The Ocens company gathers and organizes these weather products and provides this service at a low cost. The program is really well written but the complexities and extra features are sometimes tricky. MCS has been working with this program for many years, and through our training we outline and instruct on the best ways to get the most out of your Ocens WeatherNet experience.

Ocens GRIB Explorer:

Ocens GRIB Explorer is a robust program allowing you to view and manipulate GRIB files on your computer. GRIB files are just one of the many file types that are available through Ocens WeatherNet, but some would boast that they are the most useful. MCS has detailed the operations needed to get the most out of your GRIB Explorer experience and we are happy to share this with you in a training session.

Ocens Mail:

Ocens Mail is a really useful tool. With the use of the program you will be able to quickly and easily email over a slower connection, such as a Satellite phone. Getting the program up and running, configured with your computer and email client and then teaching our customer how to use it correctly with their satellite phone is something we pride ourselves on. This is a common communication tool and can be relied upon with the correct setting and proper training.
