MCS's Adaptive training caters to the owners specific needs. Whether buying a new vessel, in the middle of recommissioning, or needing a yearly refresher, our adaptive training is the perfect choice. With adaptive training, you will have an experienced technician come onboard your vessel and analyze your equipment and computer systems. Recommendations, upgrades or adjustments are offered and then training on how your system works. Once the over all system is trained upon, it is time for owner/operator specific training and documentation. This extra step is invaluable, and will provide you with detailed instructions to operate your vessel's equipment and computer system the way you like.

Spending countless hours going through your vessel's equipment to find out what works, and what needs adjustments and replacements, is a tedious  task. Let MCS analyze your vessel's system; once done, you will have a detailed set of wiring diagrams, training manuals, and technical how-to's.

Refits and repairs:
Customers repairing or refitting equipment may find that their new equipment has different functionality from the past technology and/or vessel.  With adaptive training and documentation, you will find out what has changed, and have detailed documents to guide you through the updates.

Adaptive Documentation

Customers looking to have the best of the best need to stay on top of the changing adjustments to their ship systems. With adaptive documentation MCS will continuously update and correct your changing system's documentation. If you decide to send routes and waypoints in a different way or to a different chart plotter, a new technical manual will be created so you will always have the reference material that you need. These manuals are specific to your vessel and your personal style. You will not be able to find these anywhere else.
